The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC) have expressed optimism that their candidates Atiku Abubakar and President Muhammadu Buhari will emerge victorious at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
Chairmen of both Parties, Uche Secondus and Adams Oshiomhole made the disclosure when the tribunal went on a beak.
