A Pastor has reportedly slumped and died while preaching the gospel in South Africa.
Sources say the pastor who is of South African origin, suddenly slumped and passed away during his church service and his post mortem has shown some shocking details.

According to the post mortem report, the deceased had high blood pressure and was diabetic.
A video which has been trending online shows him sitting down and then passing out not long after.
