Police Rescues Four Kidnapped FRSC Officials In Nasarawa

Four of the the abducted Federal Road Safety officials who were kidnapped on Monday have been rescued by security operatives.

This was confirmed in a statement by the Nasarawa State Police Command.

The State Commissioner of police, Bola Longe said the rescue efforts were carried out in collaboration with the military.

He said security agents are on the trail of the kidnappers to rescue the remaining seven officials still in captivity.

Yans reported that two officials of the FRSC were killed when suspected kidnappers attacked two buses conveying them at a location in Nasarawa State on Monday.

Several of the officials were also reported to be missing.
