    Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has released a 23-man list for Nigeria’s friendly match against Brazil next month.

    Rohr made no change in the goalkeepers invited for the Ukraine friendly as the trio of Francis Uzoho, Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Maduka Okoye return to the fold.

    Meanwhile, regulars like Kenneth Omeruo, Abdullahi Shehu and Chidozie Awaziem make a return to the team while Ahmed Musa is still not available due to injury.

    Leicester City star Kelechi Iheanacho and Bordeaux’s Joshua Maja who were invited for this month’s friendly are not included for Brazil clash. Also, Wilfred Ndidi, Alex Iwobi, Oghenekaro Etebo and Scotland–based Joseph Ayodele-Aribo are back for the national team assignment.

    In-form Victor Osimhen, Samuel Chukwueze, Moses Simon, Samuel Kalu, Paul Onuachu and Emmanuel Dennis all back in the front-line as Peter Olayinka was handed his debut.

    All invited players are expected to arrive in Singapore on Wednesday, October 9.
