The National and State Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abia State has sacked the Senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Orji Uzor Kalu of the All Progessives Congress (APC).
The tribunal also ordered for a rerun election for the Abia North Senatorial District.
Tribunal Sacks PDP Lawmaker In Ebonyi
Kalu was declared winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in the February 23 election.
