Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, PhD, CFR, has marked the birthday of his Chief of Staff, Sam Ifeanyi Hart, with glowing praise.
In a message released on the occasion, Kalu described Hart as a dependable ally and a key pillar behind the successes recorded by his office since assuming the deputy speakership.
Kalu noted that successful leadership is rarely a solo effort. He said that behind every effective leader are committed individuals whose dedication, wisdom, and sacrifice often go unnoticed by the public. 
He singled out Hart as one of those rare individuals. According to the Deputy Speaker, Hart’s loyalty, professionalism, and commitment to excellence have strengthened their shared vision and service to Nigerians.
Speaking on Hart’s role, Kalu stated: “As Chief of Staff, he has brought diligence, strategic insight, and calm leadership to every assignment, helping to transform challenges into opportunities and ideas into tangible results.”
The Deputy Speaker added that Hart’s counsel has been invaluable and his dedication to duty remains a source of inspiration to everyone who works with him.
Joining family, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers, Kalu expressed gratitude to God for Hart’s life, accomplishments, and the positive impact he continues to make.
